moldy bread experiment

1. we took a piece of bread.

2.we gave the bread a condition spit added rubbed on the board.

3.we added a moist paper towel and sealed in a bag.

my hypothesis
 Was sample 2 would be heavily infested by the bacteria from the bin.

what is moldy?
mine has blue on it what does that mean.That it had moldy.
how is moldy created?
If you leave your piece of bread out it will go moldy.
